Hubby: "Dr Dr, my wife's contact is stuck to her eye... she's panicking... what do we do?"
Dr: "You should look carefully and make sure the contact is ACTUALLY still in her eye"
Hubby: "She says absolutely its in there... do we go to the emergency room?"
Dr: "I really think you should recheck her eye and also check around where she was taking it out"
Me: "Stupid Dr.. I KNOW when a contact is in there.. I can feel it.. I can see it...OH WHAT AM I GOING TO DO... its adhered to my eye and damaging my cornea as we sit here doing nothing"
Hubby: "Uh honey... what is this dried up, folded up thing under your chair?"
I am officially mortified and feel like an idiot.
